What E-Hub does

Inventory, sales and activity data captured once, at the point of work, and readable everywhere after.

  • Capture that works offline

    The mobile app expects no network. Items and units are cached on the device, records queue locally, and every entry carries its own status — pending, synced or failed — so nothing quietly goes missing.

  • Stock levels from a traceable ledger

    Current stock is derived from movements, never typed over: everything in, minus everything out, per item and per location. Low stock is flagged, and a correction is recorded as an adjustment you can point at.

  • Sales and analytics in ₦

    Revenue and quantity over time, by item and by location, next to today's totals and the movements behind them. Every number on a chart traces back to the records it came from.

  • A catalog that does the unit maths

    Give an item a base unit and the conversions around it — a crate of thirty, a bag of fifty kilograms. Staff record in whatever unit is natural on the day and E-Hub normalizes it for them.

How access works

E-Hub is part of FSSSOne, the invite-only platform for FSSS staff. Access is granted by your administrator.

  1. Your administrator invites you

    Access to E-Hub, and the role you hold inside it, are granted by your FSSS administrator. There is no self-registration — here or anywhere in the suite.

  2. Set your password once

    Follow the link in your invite email and choose a password. That one identity covers every FSSS app you have been granted, not just this one.

  3. Sign in and get to work

    Sign in through the FSSSOne portal and E-Hub opens with exactly the permissions your role carries. Need another app, or access you do not have yet? Ask your administrator.
